Is your organisation and governance model prepared for today and tomorrow?

Global challenges, a rapidly changing world, technological development, and new legislation make it more important than ever to look both forward and outward and to act on emerging developments.

At Trossa, we support organisations with studies and current-state assessments, as well as the development and implementation of goals, strategies, governance frameworks, and management systems for a resilient and future-ready organisation and value chain.

This can include mapping and environmental scanning to build knowledge and strengthen decision-making, risk analysis and risk management, materiality assessments that support more sustainable business models, integrated management systems, governance documents, and reporting.

What we do:

We conduct industry analyses, feasibility studies, and current-state assessments for clients in both public and private sector. These assignments provide valuable insights into current performance, challenges, risks and opportunities, helping organisations make informed decisions, set strategic direction, and identify priorities for future development.

We support double materiality assessments in line with CSRD and ESRS requirements by identifying and prioritizing sustainability-related impacts, risks, and opportunities across the value chain. The results provide a foundation for strategy, governance, and reporting. We also conduct environmental scanning, trend analysis and facilitate stakeholder engagement processes to strengthen decision-making and support long-term resilience.

We assess current-state assessments in relation to defined internal ambitions, policies, external requirements and frameworks, industry best practice, and other relevant benchmarks to identify gaps, opportunities and priorities for future development.

We support the development of policies, strategies, and targets, both for specific focus areas and at an organisational level. This includes integration into business plans and management processes. We help to develop sustainability policies, codes of conduct, and other governance documents that reflect organisational ambitions and external requirements.

We support developing and implementing processes, routines, and ways of working, with a focus on effective governance, organisational agility, adaptation to change, and goal-oriented management. We also provide support with follow-up performance and internal audits.

We help organisations select, apply and implement established frameworks, standards, and certifications that support governance and continuous improvement, facilitate compliance with external requirements, and strengthen communication and reporting. Examples include Agenda 2030 and the Global Goals; UN Global Compact; ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 26000, 20121 and others; GRI standards, CSRD/ESRS, CSDDD; industry specific labels and certifications.

We develop and support the implementation of due diligence processes in accordance with the OECD Guidelines and the UN Guiding Principles, including risk identification, prioritization, monitoring, and continuous improvement measures.

We facilitate workshops, training sessions, and internal dialogues that strengthen knowledge, alignment, and engagement across leadership teams and organisations. Our focus is on making strategies and targets understandable, actionable, and relevant.

We help with feasibility studies and mapping to identify the potential for industrial symbiosis and circular collaboration between actors. Through analysis, interviews, and stakeholder mapping we make visible opportunities, needs, and bottlenecks linked to the circular economy and resource sharing.

We support municipalities, regions, and organisations in strengthening food preparedness and increasing local resilience. Through analyses, process management, and practical support we identify opportunities, needs, and obstacles linked to self-sufficiency, preparedness cultivation, and local food production.

We offer: ESG due diligence in M&A processes; methodology for risk analysis and evaluation of companies and follow-up of existing holdings; ESG strategy and objectives for acquisitions and investments; development of policy, governing documents, and exclusion criteria; advisory and reporting under SFDR and PRI reporting; climate targets and reporting in line with SBTi for the financial sector.
